Privacy Policy

At Invorya (“we,” “us”), we value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when using www.invorya.com and related tools.

1) What We Collect

  • Contact info you provide (e.g., name, email) if you reach out to us.
  • Usage data such as pages visited, device/browser info, and general location (city/region level), typically via analytics or ad partners.
  • On-page tool inputs (e.g., currency amount, loan APR) are computed in your browser; we do not store them on our servers.
  • Local storage in your browser for features like watchlist pairs, goals, daily streak, tips/challenge progress, and color/theme preferences.
  • Cookies and similar technologies for site functionality, measurement, and ads (see “Cookies & Consent” below).

2) How We Use Information

  • Operate and improve our calculators and features.
  • Personalize your experience (e.g., remember color theme or watchlist).
  • Measure site performance and detect/prevent abuse.
  • Show ads (including non-personalized ads if you decline personalization).
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce terms.

3) Cookies & Consent

We use cookies and similar technologies for:

  • Strictly necessary (security, load balancing, basic settings).
  • Analytics/measurement (aggregate traffic and performance).
  • Advertising (serving ads; if you decline personalized ads, we may still show non-personalized ads that use limited cookies for things like fraud prevention and frequency capping).
Manage your choices:

EEA/UK visitors: We use a consent solution to obtain your permissions and to send signals to Google via Consent Mode v2. You can change your choice anytime using the button above or the link in our footer.

4) Google AdSense & Consent Mode v2

We display ads via Google AdSense. Google may use cookies and collect data to provide, maintain, and improve its services, and to serve ads (personalized if you consent, or non-personalized if you decline). Your consent choices are communicated to Google through Consent Mode v2.

You can also manage Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.

5) Third-Party Tools & Data Sharing

  • Advertising: Google AdSense (ads delivery and measurement).
  • Analytics/measurement: We may use Google Analytics or similar to understand usage in aggregate.
  • Content/APIs: Public FX rate APIs or image providers (e.g., Unsplash/Picsum) to display rates or images; requests go directly from your browser to these providers.

These providers process data under their own policies. We don’t sell your personal information.

6) Local Storage (in your browser)

To keep things fast, we store some preferences locally on your device:

  • Calculator settings, watchlist pairs, and recent history
  • Theme/color, auto-calc toggle
  • Goals, streak counters, tips/challenge progress

You can clear this anytime via your browser settings or the in-app “Reset/clear” options.

7) Legal Bases (EEA/UK)

Where GDPR applies, we rely on: (i) consent (e.g., analytics/ads where required), (ii) legitimate interests (site security, fraud prevention, service improvement), and (iii) performance of a contract (when you request features).

8) Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your data, and to withdraw consent (where applicable). California residents also have rights under CCPA/CPRA.

Requests: Email contact@invorya.com with the subject “Privacy Request,” and tell us what you’d like to do (access, deletion, etc.).

Opt-out of sale/share (CPRA): Use Manage Cookies to choose non-personalized ads (this sets ad_user_data and ad_personalization to “denied”).

9) Data Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Local storage on your device persists until you clear it.

10) International Transfers

We may process data in countries outside your own (for example, the United States). Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

11) Children’s Privacy

Invorya is not directed to children under 13 (or the age required by local law). If you believe a child provided us personal data, please contact us and we’ll delete it.

12) Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll change the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
